This Program Manager position is a full time, salaried position where you would oversee the Pocatello Idaho office & case management for geriatrics and developmental disability(DD) Patients in their home environment.  We are looking for a somone that has had a lot of exposer to both the Developmental Disability side of case management as well as Geriatrics.  This job would also involve being a community liaison in educating others about what it is we do.

Job Duties included (but are not limited to):

  • Staff Recruitment
    • Involved in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
    • Onboarding orientation for newly hired staff
    • Monthly & Client specific trainings with existing staff  
  • Community Involvement
    • 50% of this job is spending time out in the community educating others about our services.
    • Volunteering, attending associations, being involved in helping those in the community.
    • Developing relationships with referral sources.
  • Overseeing Idaho Office & Administrative Staff
    • As we grow, more administrative staff will be needed in the Idaho office. It's the Director's responsibility to oversee the administrative staffs activities, and provide support.
    • Working with office staff for afterhours calls & support in the area.
    • Coordinating paperwork, phone calls, payroll hours, major HR issues etc. with the corporate office.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a colleage degree in a Human/ Health Services or related degree.  
  • Must have at least five years of management experience (Human Resources and experience dealing with employees preferred)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel in the southeast Idaho service area. (Pocatello & Idaho falls, etc....)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to document professionally and legibly, organized
  • Must be physically able to perform the job duties (sit or stand or extended periods of time, etc....)
  • Willingness to learn and challenge oneself to exceed personal bests.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of others and their families.
  • A curious, energetic, positive and persistent attitude.
  • Ability to ask thought provoking questions, listen without distraction and communicate next steps that create urgency and confidence within the Health Services Teams.
  • Strong understanding of State Regulation and proper nursing practices.
