We are looking for a part time specialist to work from 9:00am to 12:00 Monday thru Friday.  This position would be mainly in charge of optimizing product listings on Channels such as Amazon and eBay.  The position requires someone who is good with computers, and is comfortable writing product descriptions, researching top keywords for search terms, willing to help with other projects as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize product listings, website, and third party channels.
  • Manage Channel inventory such as those items as Amazon FBA (prime). 
  • When requested to be able to assist in Processing Customer Orders. 
  • When needed may be asked to assist in Answering phones & taking phone orders. 
  • Take on different projects to assist in the growth of the company.
  • This list is not all inclusive, and the Ecommerce Specialist should be willing to pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing smoothly.
  • Reports to Office Manger

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Computer skills required (Excel, outlook, word, ability to learn our software)
  • 2+ years related experience. Ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well Organized and very detailed oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Longevity; looking for employment for years (not months); not looking to climb the corporate ladder, but instead work with an exciting small business and be part of the growth.
  • Able to work 9:00am to 12:00pm Monday through Friday.
  • Able to diagnose issues and suggest improvements to the Office Manager.
  • can provide 1-2 professional references at the time of the interview.

This is an hourly non-exempt position. Payday is on the 5th and 20th of each month; direct deposit is required.  Paid Time off is offred.  My Barnwood Frames is an at will employer.
